Final Papers and Feedback Responsibilities
It is important that fellows read each others' papers before the presentations so as to ensure fruitful and constructive discussions. Research discussions will be grouped into panels of 3-4 authors. Each presenter will only have 10 minutes to summarize the key elements/findings/conclusions of their paper, this is followed by peer-to-peer critique from 3 fellows (each fellow will only have 5 minutes to critique all 3 papers), and finally the panel is open for questions and answers from all attendees.

Fellows are required to follow the structure below for their papers:
- Introduction (1-2 pages): Should include the research puzzle you are exploring in your paper and an overview of the entire paper.
- Literature Review and Theory (5-6 pages)
- Hypothesis/Hypotheses of Your Study Based on the Literature Review and Theory (1 page)
- Methodology and Data Collection (3-4 pages)
- Analysis and Discussion of the Findings (14-16 pages)
- Conclusion (1 page)
- End-notes (no page limit)
- References (no page limit)
The core paper (without end-notes and references) should therefore be 25-30 pages, or approximately 8,000 words.
