Dr. Alex Parsons

Gifted Education Teacher

Dr. Parsons has specialized in inquiry-based learning and maximizing student time on-task. She has 12 years of education experience in various roles (teacher, instructional coach, etc.)

Dr. Parsons education includes:

• Bachelors in Elementary Education, Southeastern Oklahoma State University

• Masters in Education Administration, University of Oklahoma

• Masters in Educational Psychology, University of Oklahoma

• Doctorate in Educational Psychology, University of Oklahoma

Dr. Parsons is a Level III Teacher with licensure in multiple age levels and endorsement areas, including Gifted Education.

Outside of school, she enjoys running after her toddler and getting to know New Mexico (we moved from out of state in 2025).
