"Stress Busters"
It is normal to feel stress from time to time, everyone does! The important part is what you do with that stress. "Stress busters" are a great way to de-stress and take care of your mental wellness. Pick an activity that works for you or try a new one each time.
Change your environment (go outside, go to a friends, etc.)
Paint
Sleep
Do something kind for someone else
Listen to music
Clean (room...backpack... yard...)
Watch a funny or cute video
Read (a book, a magazine, or look up an article on something you want to learn more about)
Go on a walk
Chew gum
Punch a punching bag or balloon
Play a video game/board game
Write down things you are grateful for
Draw/sketch/color

Cry (some say it releases stress hormones!)
Write (in a journal or a letter)
Eat better... Your mind feels better when your body feels better
Yoga
Drink some tea
Take a bath or shower
Meditate/Brain Break/Quiet space
Learn something new (knitting, guitar, drums, cooking, building something, etc.)
Talk to a friend/parent/teacher/counselor/helpline/etc.
