Healthy Snack Ideas:

  • Greek Yogurt

  • Air popped popcorn with a little olive oil drizzled on top

  • Fruit cups in 100% fruit juice

  • Veggies with hummus

  • Celery with nut butter and raisins

  • Sweet Potatoes cut into slices and baked in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes (sprinkle with cinnamon optional)

  • Trail mix

  • Sliced pears with ricotta cheese

  • Oatmeal

  • Cottage cheese with fruit

  • Fruit squeeze pouches

  • Red bell pepper with guacamole

  • Greek yogurt and mixed berries

  • Cottage cheese with flax seeds and cinnamon

  • Turkey rolled in a wheat wrap (you can add lettuce, tomatoes, and other veggies too!)

  • Celery sticks with cream cheese

  • Kale chips

  • Dark chocolate and almonds

  • Banana or apple slices with peanut or other nut butter

  • Celery and carrot sticks with dip

  • Crackers and hummus

  • freeze dried fruit

  • frozen banana dipped in dark chocolate

FAQs

Google Classroom- Students are added into my classroom automatically through Synergy. All assignments, instructions, tests, projects, and grades will be posted in Google Class. If you or your student have any questions about work or grades, Google Classroom is a great place to start.
