ClassLink
Students will need to use the Chrome browser to log into ClassLink
Classlink can be accessed using this web address: my.aps.edu.
OR you can click on the icon to the left.
Usernames and Passwords: Students may already know these, however, If the username and/or password have been forgotten or unknown, please email the teacher to request that information.
ClassLink allows student to access many learning Apps using just one click. This will help students to easily navigate the Apps they may need to use for daily learning. They should log into ClassLink daily.
Apps on ClassLink range from Google Classroom, Student GMail, SeeSaw, MyPath K-5, Prodigy Math and Much More!
Edgenuity Learning Platform
Where students log in for daily lessons, activities and assignments.
Click on the Edgenuity Icon to the left, to access Edgenuity (this should be bookmarked on the Chrome browser, so students are able to to easily access Edgenuity daily)
This is also where students need to UPLOAD assignments for a grade. ** Please Note: assignments that are graded will be labeled as "submit" or "due" on the "Week at a Glance"
When using Google Classroom, it is best to use the Chrome browser.
Students will NEED to be logged into their chromebooks using their school log-in and password to be able to access Google Classroom.
"Week at a Glance" (WAAG) Lesson Plans: Can be found on my Google Classroom. These are posted every Monday. This will include daily lessons and our class schedule.
Daily Announcements, Class Cancellations, Learning Resources, Links to Edgenuity and SeeSaw, and MUCH MORE, can be found on my Google Classroom.
Special Classes: Google Classrooms for each of the Special's Teacher will be available to students on the WAAG and my Google Classroom. Click on "Classwork" at the top of my Google Classroom to access these links.
Google Meet: Join our class Morning Meetings and Synchronous Class Sessions using the Google Meet Link on my Google Classroom. You can click on the "JOIN" button that is to the Left of the page.
IMPORTANT: Please be sure to look at my Google Classroom EVERY MORNING to stay informed.
Google Meet
Students will need to access Google Meet to JOIN "Morning Meetings" and Synchronous learning sessions each day.
** Students will NEED to be logged into their chromebooks using their school log-in and password to access Google Meet.
Google Meet Link Information: You can find the Google Meet link (JOIN BUTTON) on the top left of my Google Classroom. You can also find Google Meet Links on the "Week at a Glance" that are posted on my Google Classroom each Monday.
Special Classes- Google Meet: The Google Meet link for each special class, can be found on my Google Classroom under the Classwork Link at the top of my Google Classroom. These links can also be found on my "Week at a Glance" or on the special teacher's personal Google Classroom. Each teacher has a different Google Meet Link.
Q: When do students need to join Google Meetings and/or synchronous sessions? A: Please refer to the "Week at a Glance" to view the lesson plan for the current week. This will have the days and times that students will need to attend meetings and synchronous sessions.
Q: Where do I find the "Week at a Glance" ? A: The "Week at a Glance" is posted on my Google Classroom on Monday Mornings.
SeeSaw
SeeSaw may be occasionally used for student's to complete activities and assignments: Students have access to the SeeSaw app on their ClassLink (www.aps.edu)
Students will be informed by Mrs. Leon and also on the "Week at a Glance" if there are any activities/assignments that need to be completed on SeeSaw.
You can Click on the SeeSaw Icon (to the left) to access SeeSaw if needed.
epic is an online library that students can use for daily reading practice.
There are a wide variety of books and novels students can choose from.
epic may be used at times, during class sessions and/or small group activities.
Prodigy is a fun way for students to practice what they are learning in both Math and ELA (English Language Arts). It has curriculum that is aligned to our state standards. Practice activities and games are personalized for each individual student. Prodigy is a resource students can use where they can practice content areas that are not yet proficient.
Students can access Prodigy by using the "sync with Google" option, when signing into Prodigy.
