Students attending feeder schools to HMS will recieve Course Selection Cards in February and turn them in to their 5th grade teacher. Students who attend another elementary school or are new to APS can print the card below and return it to the office in person or through email to medina_j@aps.edu. Please make sure you have completed the APS registration process using ParentVue as well as completing this card.
