Grades for all online courses are updated every Monday, with official grades posted to report cards every 6 weeks. To check your grades, first log into Parentvue/Studentvue and click "Grade Book" on the left hand navigation menu. This will show your courses, your teacher of record for these courses, and your current grade in the course. If you click on the course, it will expand and show all the assignments for the course and the scores you received on each assignment. For online courses, you will only see your Actual Grade to date posted for the majority of the Semester. The week before finals your Relative Grade will be posted here. For face to face classes you will see a breakdown of assignments and scores.
To check the courses you have completed and credits required for graduation, from Parentvue/Studentvue, click "Course History" on the left hand navigation menu. This will show the required high school credits with bars next to them. Green means that you have fulfilled the requirements in that category, yellow means that course is in progresses (you are taking it right now), and gray means the requirement has yet to be fulfilled. This is not an official transcript review and only councilors are qualified to give an official transcript review, but it gives an idea of where you stand academically.
Parentvue/Studentvue also has an email feature which may teachers use as a way to make whole class announcements. If a current email address is connected to Parentvue/Studentvue, these announcements will also go to the email address on file as well as being posted to Parentvue and Studentvue. To read and respond to these announcements and emails, first log into Parentvue/Studentvue and click "Synergy Mail" or you may read and respond through your personal email. Please only respond to messages sent through these systems with your personal email or phone number attached so I may respond.
