APS has a “G Suite for Education” account, meaning educators can create word documents, presentations, data collection sheets and more, straight from the web-based system offered by Google. All the tools are ad-free and secure. When you use G-Suite Tools you can have 24/7 access to your files, there is only one login required to have access to all available tools which are accessible from any device and all include a collaboration feature to allow multiple people to work on projects together.

You can access them from any device as long as you login with your APS credentials. All students in APS also have a G Suite account. Students login with their APS credentials (#@aps.edu and current password) to access their Drive accounts.
