Out of School Time (OST) are Tutoring Programs and Academic Clubs that provide all students at Title I schools the opportunity to be engaged in academic activities before and after school.

At the beginning of each semester, students are recruited into OST Tutoring Programs and Academic Clubs at each school site. Site administrators, teachers, students and parents work together to find programs that suit the individual needs of the students and enhance learning.
