This assignment was designated into three main components, a researched essay describing and analyzing a controversy of my choosing, an original document I wrote on behalf of the business to improve the controversy, and finally a reflection memo, addressed to the consumer that explains the choices I made, hypothetically as CEO of the business, in correlation with an original social media square to share across the social media platform, Instagram. The controversy I chose to depict was Tesla's operations and actions taken during the COVID-19 pandemic. This was a controversy because the regulations and advisories towards business' dictated by the CDC were ignored causing thousands of employees of Telsa to contract the COIVD-19 virus. To complete this assignment, I had to conduct thorough research on Tesla as a company and what, CEO Elon Musk's, actions were during the COVID-19 pandemic. It was essential that I analyzed these actions carefully in order to comprehend the severity, risks, and threats that were administered towards the employees that worked under Telsa's operations.
