I am an Associate Professor of Geography and the Graduate Program Director in the Department of Geography and Planning at Appalachian State University, located in Boone, North Carolina, in the Southern Appalachian Mountains. As a broadly trained Physical Geographer my interests are in fluvial geomorphology, hydrology, and field applications of geospatial technologies.
