Turkey has been experiencing environmental pressures due to population growth, industrialisation and rapid urbanisation. These pressures translate into a range of environmental challenges such as climate change, desertification, deforestation, water scarcity, nature degradation and marine pollution
From satellites to aircraft, electric cars, Turkey conducts several technology projects. Turkey continued to conduct several significant projects in technology, defense and aviation in 2021 from indigenous cars to new communication satellites and cutting-edge defense products
Language
The official language of Turkey is Turkish and it is spoken by the vast majority of the country's population. It is written with the Latin alphabet. In Turkey, the Kurmanchi dialect of Kurdish, Zaza, Caucasian or Circassian languages such as Adyghe and Kabardino, Bosniak, Arabic, Armenian and Greek are also spoken.
