The Student Success Team (SST) is a positive team oriented approach to assisting students that may need support related to academic, behavioral, and/or social emotional health.

Phase 4: SST Follow up
Phase 5: SST Review & Referral for Assessment
Phase 6: Support and Services
The team usually consists of a coordinator, administrator, parent, teacher, and other support personnel from the school. Students may be included depending on their age.

Pre SST Meeting:
Complete all information in Beyond SST prior to the meeting.
Come Prepared
Confirm Team members attendance
During the Initial SST Meeting:
Arrive on time for the meeting
Bring all necessary information
Encourage participation from all team members
Create an action plan with a broad range of interventions
Assign persons responsible for each action/intervention
Post SST Meeting:
Enter notes in Beyond SST
Interventions are progressed monitored and action items are followed through
Schedule a follow-up meeting after 6-8 weeks of targeted, specific, and appropriate interventions have been progressed monitored.
