This video shows how you can make your very own jump rope out of plastic bags. You may also a big garbage bag and cut it into smaller bags to make your rope.
If you have a dog leash, that's soft, you can even use that as a jump rope!
If you do not have a rope or items around your home to make one, then you can complete the activities by practicing your jumping skills using an invisible rope. Your goal is to practice and enhance your jumping/timing skills!
In your Google Classroom there is an assignment for you to complete your jumping task card. We did this at the beginning of the school year, but I want you to review and practice your jump roping skills. Try your best and BE SAFE!
Now that you have practiced your jump roping skills, I want you to complete as many of the "creative mode stations" as you can. You do not need to have a jump rope in order to complete the jumps, you can follow along by imagining you have a rope!
I would like for you to follow along and practice your jumping skills either outside or in a room with enough space to jump (if jumping causes too much noise or banging, then try going outside to jump!)
There is a jumping obstacle course that the teacher sets up, you can do the same with any objects that you have around your home. Try and get creative in your jumping obstacle course!

Now that you know how to do a proper jumping jack, this is a fun challenge where you can practice your jacks by stacking cups. You can use any cups (no glass!) to stack in-between jumps.
