Being in the Green Zone is our goal!

  • Use expected behaviors!

  • Cooperate with groups and classmates!

How can we leave the Yellow Zone?

If we find ourselves in the Yellow Zone, we can use strategies to help us move back to the Green Zone.

  • Use a favorite deep breathing strategy-smell flower, blow bubble

  • Talk to an adult or a good friend

  • Take a break

  • Squeeze a stress ball

  • Take a walk

  • Imagine you are in your happy place

  • Use positive self-talk

  • This about the times that things went better than expected
