Things to Keep in mind:
Submit ALL PARTS
To receive credit, a Google Form should accompany almost all assignments in this class. Forms are used, at the very least, to reflect on the assignment and ensure all parts have been completed (also to inform if it is the first submission or if resubmitting) .
Grade Check!
Student's responsibility to turn in work AND check grades to make sure they received credit
KEEP
Assignments/projects and hand-backs until the END of the semester and have received your final grade
MAKEUP for labs & projects
*Based on participation*. Can be made up or excused depending on the circumstances, inform Mrs. Neal as soon as possible if you know/or end up missing a lab. Directions for makeup posted in Google Classroom under the unit (will be labeled ‘Alternative/Makeup’).
Tips for Viewing Grades on:
Parent/StudentVUE: Is where the final grades are posted. Normally updated every other week.
Assignment Status Sheet: Located in Google Classroom, most accurate/live status of assignment (on some assignments it shows score immediately)
Google Classroom: NOT accurate for overall grade and submissions! Project scores are shown here for students to see breakdowns of the Rubric and how they were graded.
***CAUTION*** student are able to mark an assignment as done in Google Classroom, so that it looks completed, EVEN if they didn’t actually complete the assignment.
