If a student has food allergies...
Students are welcome to bring in substitution(s), for example gluten free flour. Please make sure they check in with Mrs. Neal first. If able to do so, please bring in an unopened bag/container from the store and label it with the name of the student and class period before labs start (there will be an email that goes out stating when labs are starting).
Students are scheduled for labs normally on the day, we do each lab for three rounds and recipes are posted online which students can review in advance to see if there needs to be substitutions. (click here to view the recipe book, they may change to improve quality but will be accurate prior to students entering the lab).
