The purpose of "Think, Write, and Share" writings is to encourage us to engage deeply with the topics discussed in class. By reflecting on our thoughts, feelings, and attitudes, we can connect our own lived experiences to the material, fostering a more personal and meaningful understanding. Our professor assigned these writings to start conversations, promote critical thinking, and help us articulate our learning process. Sharing our reflections allowed us to explore different perspectives, reflect on our own peers' opinions/ideas, and develop a more comprehensive understanding of the topic(s) being discussed. I also really appreciated them because it really made me realize how much my professor cares for her students by implementing these writings to help her gain personal insight on how each one of her students are doing, educationally and mentally.Â
