Online Drivers Education Classroom Instruction (On-line Independent Study, This Course is not for Credit)

• Grade 9, 10, 11, 12

• Length of Course: 6 months to complete

This online driver education course meets the requirements of the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, providing students with the necessary knowledge and skills to become safe and responsible drivers. The course covers a wide range of topics, including: Traffic Laws, Vehicle Operation, Driving Risks and Hazards, Defensive Driving and Emergency Procedures.  This course is designed to be self-paced, allowing students to learn at their own speed. Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive an official certificate of completion that can be used to obtain a Minnesota driver's license.  This course is not for credit and must be taken in addition to the courses needed for graduating from ISD 742.
