Handwashing and Sanitizing

All classrooms have sinks and soap dispensers. Students will wash their hands upon entry to the classroom, prior to lunch breaks, after using gym or outdoor equipment and where staff also deem necessary.

Public Health approved hand sanitizer has been provided throughout the school in high touch/use areas (e.g., Kindergarten hallway, gymnasium). Students will use scent free, HPEDSB provided hand sanitizer at school and will be encouraged to wash their hands often.
