Restarting your device can fix many issues. Before contacting Tech Support staff, please completely re-start your device to see if that resolves your issue. Also, if your question is regarding class work or assignments, please contact your teacher.

Unfortunately Hopkins Public Schools does not have capacity to provide internet service at home, but many free and low cost alternatives are available.
