Distance Learning

Your guide to Distance Learning at Hopkins Public Schools

Welcome to Distance Learning at Hopkins Public Schools

Distance Learning begins for Hopkins Public Schools on April 6 and will continue until May 5. Whether it extends longer than that will come from Governor Walz. This is a unique and complicated time for all of us. While we look forward to the day when our schools can be open in the traditional sense, please know that Hopkins Public Schools is ready for Distance Learning. We're here to support families and students every step of the way. We are in this together!

You can use this site to find answers to questions you may have and also to access Distance Learning, but please don't hesitate to reach out to teachers, principals and other staff as needed. We would love to hear from you! Because we know that strong relationships with teachers positively impact learning, the primary focus of week one of District Learning for E-12+ teachers will focus on reestablishing relationships with students and building partnership with caregivers.
