The PowerSchool Parent Portal gives parents and students access to FCPS's electronic student management system and to real-time information that includes attendance, grades, and detailed assignment descriptions. This powerful tool allows everyone to stay connected. Students can stay on top of assignments, parents are able to participate in their children's progress, and teachers can share information with parents and students.
To get started, parents create a PowerSchool Parent Portal Single Sign-On Account. A mobile app is also available. Directions for Mobile App. At school, students are provided with their own portal sign-in and are taught how to use it to check for missing assignments and grades.
The portal is closed over the summer but reopens as school starts again in the fall.
