How to Join EHS HOSA

To join EHS HOSA and become an active and engaged member of your school community while preparing for your future health career complete the following steps:

1. Complete this HOSA Demographics form: https://goo.gl/forms/OaWITwrOt7ohGMno2
2. Email advisor Kirsten Harvey about your completed Demographics form and interest
3. Submit your payment of $25 ($10 National Dues, $10 State Dues, $5 for your required HOSA Patch for uniforms) to the ASB Treasurer's Office, Checks made out to EHS, for HOSA Membership Dues
4. Make sure you have your ASB Card for the 2018-2019 school year
5. Come to meetings and get involved!

*If finances are an issue for Dues or ASB card, see Ms. Harvey;

no student will be denied the opportunity to participate in EHS HOSA based on financial need.
