I am a graduate of Illinois State University where I earned my Teacher's Certificate.  I have endorsements in art, math, middle school and gifted education.  

While teaching, I have also found time to earn a Master's Degree in Teacher Leadership.

This is my 17th year teaching in District 86.  This is my 5th year teaching the gifted class.

Before teaching in East Peoria, I taught in Florida, Ohio and England.  

I live in the Peoria community with my wife, two children and a plethora of trees.

My hope is to do my part to help my students become life-long learners who value knowledge and seek not only answers, but also new questions.
