As we get into the year, it's important to practice responsibility (yes, it sometimes takes practice) when it comes to staying on top of classwork and other materials.
Students are expected to utilize their HERO folders to stay organized.
Most days Words Their Way
20 minutes of reading, Reading Journal
Math skills practice
Fridays Words Their Way, Sign C/E tracker
Students should be in the habit of completing their Words Their Way homework each night along with some math and reading to do each evening.
It is still important that students continue to work on their multiplication fact mastery. This skill will serve them as we get deeper into more complex math ideas.

If your student is still struggling, please have them practice them for 5+ minutes a night.
