ALL OBSERVATION FORMS are completed online. Click on the icon to access TalentEd/Perform ➡️➡️➡️
In TalentED, you will complete a FORM A Pre-Observation Form prior to each of your observations (Tri 1, 2, & 3). Here is a SAMPLE of Form A.
In TalentED, you will complete one FORM C for Summative Conference paperwork, due April 1st.
Questions about accessing forms in TalentED Perform?
Check in with your Instructional Coach or Administrator/Evaluator.
Summative Conference: A collaborative conversation with your evaluator reflecting on your year-long progress (due Apr 1).
