Off-Cycle Licensed Staff:  

• All of your Tri 1, Tri 2, and Tri 3 Observation + PGP paperwork are Google Docs and will be shared by your Instructional Coach.  

• Here is a SAMPLE Tri 1 Pre-Observation form.  

• You do not complete any forms in TalentED/ Perform when you are Off-Cycle.  All paperwork is shared via Google Docs from your IC.
