Tri 1 Pre-Observation + Summative forms are completed online in TalentED Perform.
In TalentED, you will complete FORM A (Pre-Obs) in Tri 1 only, when you are observed with your admin/evaluator. Here is a SAMPLE of Form A.
You Tri 2 Obs/Tri 3 Obs/PGP form is a Google Doc and will be shared by your Instructional Coach.
Please note that you will not complete paperwork in TalentED Perform during Tri 2.
In TalentED, you will complete FORM C (Summative), due May 15.
