TalentED Perform:
Tri 1 Pre-Observation + Summative forms are completed online in TalentED Perform.
You will complete FORM A (Pre-Obs) in Tri 1 only.
You will complete FORM C (Summative), due May 15.
Tri 2/Tri 3/PGP forms will be shared via Google Docs by your Instructional Coach.
Please note that you will not complete paperwork in TalentED Perform during Tri 2.
