Install them, open them, and learn how they work.
Decide which one you are going to keep and delete the one you don't need.

+Add Person - for staff and students using Collaboration Station
Click +Add Person at the bottom of the screen. Sign-in to Collaboration Station.
Username: For staff this is your first.lastname. For students this is your 6-digit collab number.
Password: For staff, this is your email password and it changes every 90 days. For students, this is 6 letters of your last name and your 2-digit birthday.
At the bottom of the screen are icons for 2 apps: Google Chrome (the circle, it opens the web browser) and Google Drive (the triangle, it opens your Google Drive/Collab account).
The first time that you go to Chrome you’ll notice that you have to set up your browser. It won’t automatically go to the Red Pine webpage. You will not have any tabs or bookmarks. These are things that you will want to set up. Once they are set up they will be remembered ‘in the cloud’ so the next time you use a Chromebook you’ll find the tabs, settings, or bookmarks appear automatically.
Students (grades 3-5) have already set up bookmarks for the Red Pine website and the Skalski Lab site.
Things we commonly do as a part of setting up an account:
Choose a new Wallpaper - Click on your user icon at the bottom/right side of the screen>Settings>Set Wallpaper (choose from the menu that appears then click the “X” to close the window)
Set a Start Page - Click on your user icon at the bottom/right side of the screen>On startup...open a specific page or set of pages….
Create a Bookmark - Go to the page that you want to Bookmark>Click the star at the right end of the omnibox>If desired, modify the name of the Bookmark>Done
View Bookmarks - Click on the 3 small black lines past the right end of the omnibox>Bookmarks>Show Bookmarks Bar (It will be visible under the omnibox.)
When you are done, click your user icon on the bottom of the screen (right corner) and choose Sign Out. Failure to sign out will prompt the next user to sign in to your account which can cause your account to be locked.
