What exactly is cross country?
This is a varsity sports team training to race a 5 km or 3.1 mile race over hills and on grass/dirt. How do we do that? Our program includes:
Daily running at a variety of speeds and distances
Training on how to run correctly so that you stay strong and run for a lifetime!
Core strength exercises
Lifting program
Mental resilience training
An atmosphere that is more like a family than a sports team
