Aotea will attend the 37th AMNOHL National Tournament in Rotorua from Friday 29th to Sunday 31st March 2024.

The travel itinerary has been sent out.  Please advise your Team Manager if you wish to take your kotiro home with you from National Tournament.  They will not be released until our end of tournament checks and the final karakia to close the tournament have been completed.

All gears must be packed into a bag that closes, not carried loosely.  Please be mindful of bringing overly large bags.  We are only staying away for two nights this year and you are not required to bring bedding or towels.  Tip 101 is to roll your garments as this takes less space.  Playing dresses and warm up tees ONLY will be washed and dried on Saturday evening.  Please ensure warm up tees are named.

DEVICES

All digital devices are brought at your own risk. Coaches and Managers will have their own rules on when they can and can’t be used. In particular, no devices are to be used in bed while others are trying to rest or sleep. It might be okay to do this in your own home, but when on tour with our waka and people are trying to rest, it’s very inconsiderate and rude.

If using devices to take photos and videos of others, we expect that consent is obtained before posting anywhere online. If kotiro have concerns about any material being shared, they should talk with their coach or manager immediately.
