The Survival Guide for Parents of Gifted Kids: This book helps parents learn more about their gifted child, myths and facts about giftedness, and suggestions for advocating for their child.
Smart but Scattered: This book helps parents and educators understand executive functioning skills in high-achieving students, offering quizzes to help gauge your child's strengths and weaknesses, and then giving suggestions for improving upon areas of relative weakness.

Games:
ThinkFun: Math game with different levels. The link provided works for all ages. The next level up is MathDice, which requires multiplication and division skills and applies exponents if known.
Chess is always a great choice. There are several free apps and online versions readily available.
Puzzles and Practice:
Open Middle - More math fun, but in a very different way than most of us think about math.
NRICH Math Site - This site is an incredible teaching and learning resource. There are many interesting math questions and challenges.
