Devices

Devices, the main mechanic you need to make you Gimkit Map. The most important by far in my opinion but all of the other key mechanics are also important too. You can custiomize any device by just clicking it.

There are simply too many to write or type I mean by technically but anyway. Yea there is a lot of devices and new ones every season which is around 3 months currently while typing. We are in season 3 right now I think while I'm typing but it's not important.

So where were we oh yeah too many to type but I will say the core devices currently in Gimkit

Starting Devices

These are devices to start a game mainly:

Spawn Pad

Spawn Pad spawns players you can put multiple on a map not much to it

Starting Inventory

Starting Inventory is to give a player a certian amount of an item on start of the game. Click on it then customize and you can wire it to other devices.

Core Devices

These are the main devices:

Trigger

Runs Triggers and events can be paired with Wires and other devices

Teleporter

Teleports players need at least 2 to work what you do is click on the teleporter select a group for that one teleporter to be for example "a"(so other teleporters can teleport to it)

Now you can add target group the group the player is going to teleport to so "b" (if you don't want one the player will not teleport to other areas)

Then do the inverse in the other teleporter and now you have 2 working Teleporter you can do this as many times as you want too.

Item

Teleporter

Item Spawner

Spawns Items for players to collect click on it and customize it

Questioner

Questions players questions that they will answer (Note: Questioners are not automatically able to Question players you need more devices for it to work)

Sentry

This adds a boss or enemy to the game click on it to customize on health and weapon you can also make it so it won't attack one team but will with others.

Sentrys attack players within range

Vending machine

A shop that requires players to have a certain item (for example cash) and then give a player another item (for example a zapper) Click on it to customize

More Devices

Other devices in Gimkit Creative

Zone

Detects players in a region and changing characteristics on the map

Popup

Adds text for players to read (Needs other devices to work)

Like pressing a button and so on

Text

Add text to the map different fonts to choose by just clicking on it

Speed Modifier

Changes player speed (Needs other devices to work like zones)

Crafting table (a new device)

Player puts items into the table and combines them to make other items Setting by clicking on it. (Needs Crafting recipe device)

Now though are the main devices from season 3 so it might be a bit out dated (Especially your that one guy from Season 357 Chapter 82)

but it works for maybe the next few years so yeah Devices.
