This line is staffed from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mountain time, seven days a week, and offers support to those struggling due to the pandemic. Support includes behavioral health, housing, and food insecurity. Callers may leave a message during off hours and will receive a return call.
COVID Counseling Assistance for Frontline Workers: Call 866-536-0239 for 24 hour, 7-day-a-week access to telephonic crisis counselors, Screening and benefit navigation assistance (8am to 6pm, [8am to 5pm Friday] Mountain Time), and coaching on how to access benefits and recommendations on available services in any region of the state.
