Guiding Questions: Why study our place? What are environmental ethics? How are we connected to our environment?
LT: I can educate others about my place/environment research topic by creating a visually appealing and informative infographic.
This is my infographic about population in Boise, Idaho. We wrote facts and things about our topic examples; (population, wildfires, and a bunch of other things). So I wrote mine about population.
Guiding Question: What is school for? We used this question to guide us through what we should make our manifesto about.
LT: I can articulate what I believe the purpose of education to be

This is my human right slides.
Guiding Questions:
What are human rights?
Who is silenced and why?
Where and why does inequity exist?
Learning Targets:
I can define inequality, equality, equity and justice in my own words.
I can identify and reflect on human rights - in Idaho and in the world.
Respond to the following questions :
1. Can you explain inequality, equality, equity and justice in your words?
Inequality means something like if everyone cant see over the fence they will have like boosters to all see over the fence. If it was equality everyone would get the same booster and maybe some people are too short to see and stuff i don't know how to explain it. I'm not sure how to explain justice.
2. What have you learned about human rights? Why do some people have more rights than others? If you went to the Anne Frank Human Rights Memorial, what was most impact to you?
I learned that people have a choice to have these rights. Some people choose the rights to have some people are "restricted" from having those rights. I really like the cabin that she had braveness to have people hide in her cabin.
This is my solutionary project website on LGBTQ+.
This is my slide.

Why do we need solutionaries and solutionary thinking?
How can I create a project to have an impact?
LT: I can think critically about root causes of real world problems in order to become a solutionary, designing a project with an authentic solution to a problem I care about.
This is my book club Tic-Tac-Toe.
Reflection Questions:
How did working with a group/partner enhance book club
It was fun to work with partners to see others perspectives about the book.
How can you answer the guiding questions, “Where do we want to see change in the world? OR What does justice mean and who is responsible for creating it?
I want to see change in everything. I want everyone to have homes and food and to be safe. They have to choose that for themselves.
