In my work I have created a creature with different colorful designs and features. I made a  as someone would say a "gross" spider but i made it look beautiful. Some people would find a spider in their house and think of it as gross because of how it looks, how it crawls, or how it feels on your skin. Our class studied things called Alebrijes. Alebrijes are an animal sculpture mixed with different animal body parts or designs. That's why we decided to make an animal built with other animals. We wanted our sculpture to  represent how our clay could be grotesque and beautiful. This project was important to me because its fun to make small clay sculptures in the past. Then we are expected to make something huge unexpectedly is fun, Challenging things could be made for fun. It was fun to listen to others stories to find other perspectives from other people. IN this project i think i did better then i expected.  Spiders can be seen as ugly but if you really find the meaning of a spiders life compared to a more "beautiful" insect. For example a ladybug people aren't "scared" of a ladybug because of its cute design but spiders are seen as gross because some don't have a "beautiful colorful design. Spiders are cool...😃
