Grade Submission

Submitting Gradebook - TeacherPlus

Submit gradebooks

Watch this short video on how to submit your gradebooks (this has to be done for each subject/period), this way Records Office knows your gradebook is ready to be synced for historical storage.

General:

  • Make sure you are using Semesters as your marking periods

  • Make sure you have the correct Disposition columns for the current semester

    • DTS1, CMS1 and CLS1 should be used for Semester 1

    • DTS2, CMS2 and CLS2 should be used for Semester 2

  • Remember to SUBMIT > SEMESTER 1 for every single period, when grades are ready.

  • Students moved from sections: Please note that if a student was moved mid-semester from one section to another, teachers must transfer grades from one section to the other.

  • Verification Process: starts when you receive a PDF (from notification@ans.edu.ni) with your grades, skills, and narratives. You need to reply at records@ans.edu.ni if you have changes or everything is ready.

  • Change of Grades: After report cards are sent/stored you will need to file a Change of Grade form to the Secondary School office to submit any grade changes. Learn more here

Secondary School teachers: Remember to keep your gradebooks up to date. Don't wait until the submission deadline to update them.

Parents didn't receive Report Cards?

Email records@ans.edu.ni, including the student's complete name and grade level. Records Office will verify the reason parents didn't receive the report cards.

Please note that, ONLY Records Office can deliver report cards to parents. (Report Cards for some parents can be on hold for administrative issues). But always report on parents not receiving report cards to make sure it's not a technical issue.
