It provides students opportunities to interact with other students that they may not see during the normal school routines. (examples of prior Expeditions include: cardio, chess, scrapbooking, flute, readers circle, cribbage, track, crafts, homework help, math extensions, Chinese, trail biking, fishing, fantasy football, science explorations, readers theater, cardio, karaoke, chocolate chip cooking making for the principal, etc) If you create it, they will attend. Student registration is typically limited to about 10-20 students per session unless you stipulate otherwise.
Create one or more than one Expedition. Compensation for leading an Expedition is approximately $34.00/hr ($289.00/session) and provides for a paid hour of planning your Expedition. We typically provide for 3-4 Expeditions per session and can offer the same Expedition more than 1 session.
