https://support.google.com/ offers help under each App in the Google Suite of products as well as apps outside of Google Suite. Also just searching using your particular question - making sure it's specific will usually get you straight to a Google Support page.

Eric is a Google for Education Trainer and has created this awesome resource to help check off the skills and knowledge required for Google Educator Level 1.
The training centre offers a series of modules to work through that all relate to Google Educator Level 1. It doesn't matter which account you use to login to this training. The account is just used to track your progress through the modules. To go directly to level 1 modules click on the 'Get Training' button and then login to your account.
To purchase an exam you'll need a Webassador account, please think carefully about which account you use to purchase your exam. It is a good idea to use a personal rather than school account at this stage so you always have access to your certificate details and expiry dates. Click on the 'Get Certified' button to purchase your exam. When filling out your form please add my trainer ID (ask me for the ID) as the trainer you received assistance from.
This PDF contains sample questions that Google has released. It gives you an idea of the types of questions you can expect to find in the Level 1 Exam.
