Thank you for visiting my personal website! 

I am a Distinguished Service Professor of Organizational Behavior and Theory at the Tepper School of Business. My research interests include employee self-regulation in organizations, career management, and employment relationships. My research has been featured in the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Group & Organization Management, Journal of Applied Behavioral Science, Journal of Managerial Psychology, and Computers in Human Behavior among others.

I teach the courses of Organizational Behavior (70-311), Managing Across Cultures (70-342), and Team Dynamics and Leadership (70-341 and 88-341).

I also serve on the Editorial Boards of the Journal of Organizational Behavior and the European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology.

December 2023 - So great to interact with these great students of Executive MBA -Healthcare and promote their learning by teaching them "Effective Negotiations"!

May 2022 - My paper on Managerial Decision Making and i-Deals is published on Group and Organization Management with my colleagues Maria Simosi and Denise Rousseau. 

January 2022 - My paper on collective intelligence "Speaking out of turn: How video conferencing reduces vocal synchrony and collective intelligence" with Young-Ji Kim, Prerna Chikersal, Anita Woolley, and Laura Dabbish was featured in an Irish Times article about work.

November 2021 - My paper "A dynamic phase model of psychological contract processes" (2018) with Denise Rousseau and Samantha Hansen was amongst the five most cited papers in the Journal of Organizational Behavior for 2021

October 2021 - Invited talk to the Irish Institute of Digital Business at Dublin City University to present my paper on "Employment Relationships in Algorithmic Management: A psychological contract perspective" published in Computers in Human Behavior with Min Kyung Lee

May 2021 - Keynote Speaker in the Small Group Meeting of Idiosyncratic Deals at the University of Edinburgh
