Our problem is "Gyms being shut down due to Covid-19". We already know that people may not be motivated to exercise because they do not have the gym equipment that they usually use.
Our problem Statement:
Our problem is that people need exercise, and during covid you can't go to gyms because it's unsafe so how will people get exercise?
The following are some potential problems with Gyms being shut down:
We need exercise because it is healthy for our bodies. If people have an unhealthy body, then they get sick and sometimes have a shorter lifespan.
It affects everyone that go to the gym. Many people go to the gym, so they don’t get as much exercise now during this pandemic because their gyms have closed. Or, they do go to gyms but they are unsafe.
Also, the people who work at the gyms have lost their jobs because the gym shut down. They are out of jobs and aren't making money.
This problem of Gyms being shut down affects our team because some parents are not doing exercise, so they are setting bad examples for their kids.
If both kids and adults don’t get exercise, and they are unhealthy, they have a higher risk of getting severe health problems.
People need to exercise during Covid but it's very unsafe to do so if you go to a gym regularly.
"So, how does society work out, well, how to work out?Moving everything outside, like restaurants did, was the obvious answer. But that’s a relatively unexplored concept for the fitness industry and its consumers: Sure, restaurants face similar restrictions as gyms. The difference, however, is that many eateries already had the infrastructure, experience, and precedent to manage business outdoors." -Vogue Magazine
