Pros

  • You can get various different exercises done in one day.

  • You can do activities that you like outdoors like, swimming, biking, etc.

  • You can do things that you haven't tried before such as paddling a boat.

Cons

  • If your neighborhood is under quarantine then you have to wear a mask.(It is hard to breath though a mask sometimes)

  • You may not even be able to get out of your house if you are under quarantine.

  • You might not be motivated to go outside because you can't see your friends too often


Another previous solution was to walk with your family

Pros

  • You can spend quality time with your family

  • you can talk about you day

  • You can go on longer walks because you're having a good time

Cons

  • People in your family may be busy

  • If they go to work, they may be exhausted or not even home!

  • It gets really dark early in the fall and winter times


The final previous solution is to be motivated

pros

  • You can watch a TV show

  • You could listen to a podcast

  • You can listen to your preference of music

  • Cons

  • It could be fun at first, but you may forget to do it at times'

  • You can just do those at home, being lazy

  • You may be too young to go by yourself
