I draw from several evidence-based approaches, including dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Person Centered, Solution Focused and Dignity Therapy.
