What to Expect
Treatment typically begins with contact with one of our therapists to schedule an intake appointment. You can connect with a therapist by phone or email. During your first appointment the therapist will discuss your concerns, goals, and recommendations for a continued therapy schedule. Additional therapy sessions will be scheduled at the initial appointment with your therapist. The duration and frequency of sessions will be determined on an individual basis. If an alternative provider is needed, you may request a referral to another therapist.What to Expect
