Fees & Insurance

Our clinicians are paneled with: 

• Medicaid (Sunflower, Aetna, United) 

• Ambetter

• Blue Cross Blue Shield 

• ProviDRs

Please contact your insurance provider directly to determine if one of our clinicians is a provider for your network and to obtain specific benefit information.

Asking the following questions to your insurance provider may help to understand your benefits: 

• Does my health insurance plan include behavioral/mental health benefits, including Telehealth services?

• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Private Pay

No insurance? No problem. Our clinicians accept clients who would prefer to pay out of pocket for sessions due to not having insurance or for those who prefer to forgo using their insurance plan. 

Out of Network Insurance Providers 

If you would like a superbill to submit to an out-of-network insurance plan please let your clinician know and we will upload a copy to your therapyportal account. If your plan is out-of-network you will owe appointment fees to Anderson-Taylor Mental Health. 

Co-Pays

Co-pays are due at the time of service. You can pay your balance online using our patient portal account.
