Alba Abollo, holding the reins of Koko de Paraíso, owned by Paraiso, was the first participant. In this class, the pairs receive double scores; one score for paces and another for technique. Once again, this pair’s most outstanding pace was its trot, for which a 7.7 was granted. The judges also highlighted the horse’s future potential, thus concluded their performance with a final average of 70.970%. This score established a new personal record. 

At 10:30 am, Francisco Gil entered the arena with Toronto KP, owned by Yeguada La Angostura. The pair completed a solid routine in which its walk was, in the opinion of the judges, the most outstanding pace to earn a score of 7.4. Those same judges also pointed out the horse’s future potential. With this performance, the pair concluded their participation in this World Championship with a final average of 69.470%.

Raul Arcos riding Verdi CAD, owned by Yeguada Mendoza “Cadema” was the third pair to enter the arena. After completing a beautiful test with a final average of 65.627%, the judges awarded the pair a 7.0 for canter, submission, and future potential, which were also the highlights of their performance.

Maestro DVR II, ridden by Juan de Dios Ramirez and owned by Yeguada Vilariño, concluded the competition with an elegant and fluid presentation. The judges were particularly impressed by the horse’s walk, which earned a 7.5. For submission, the horse received an 8.0, thus finishing with a final average of 67.270%. 

With this last performance, the PRE Team concluded their participation in the Championship.

ANCCE would like to express its most sincere gratitude to everyone who has made this event possible. Once again, the PRE Team has represented Purebred Spanish Horses at an extremely significant event. This Championship is considered the mecca for young Dressage horses. Our appreciation goes to breeders for their efforts, commitment, and enthusiasm in backing this project to make it a reality. We must not forget the riders and grooms, whose daily work is essential to the success of our pairs. 

A very special thank you goes to the PRE Team trainer, Daniel Martin Dockx. His support, willingness, and collaboration, both with ANCCE and the selected pairs has been more than valuable. Mention of the work by the team’s official veterinarian, Erick Mantje, is also a must. His presence has been a valuable source of support throughout the entire process. He has been on hand from the horses’ departure in Spain until their return home to supervise their health and well-being at all times. 

Lastly, we would like to acknowledge our official photographer Lily Forado. She has captured the very best moments of the PRE pairs, the team, and the entire delegation travelling to Verden to accompany and support the 2026 PRE Team.
