In his poetry, David Whyte tells us that every arrival is a departure, and every departure an arrival. As I step into the role of Regional Monitor, I am leaving the role of simply being a member of AMORC and a pronaos. I now embrace the role of a regional officer for AMORC, with its accompanying duties and responsibilities to oversee a wider endeavor, a task I accept with both trepidation and with love. Much is expected of me, and much will be given. I look to the Cosmic, to the support and guidance of Grand Lodge, and to my fellow fraters and sorors to help me make this experience a beneficent one for all of us.
I pledge to be the best representative and servant of Grand Lodge, AMORC, and the Colorado Region and its members as I can.
So mote it be.
