Official AMO REGISTRATION process:

Each student completes the AMO Registration Form online

All new students - even those enrolling through their church - must register by completing our Official AMO Online registration form via the Online Registration Link

New Students enrolling through an AMO Bible School Affiliated church, needs to enter the Church’s AMO Affiliation number during registration. We need this to keep track of all students linked to those churches.

Every student pays a R300 individual AMO registration fee

This is compulsory for ALL students, whether studying:

Individually, or
Through a church Bible school, counselling program or children’s ministry training.

This individual R300 fee covers:

Student number creation and registration into our database
AMO Google Account setup (For individually enrolled students)
Access to the AMO learning systems and weekly emails for students enrolled through churches.

Payment Principles

All payments are made directly to AMO for inidvidual students and registration fees.
Your South African ID number (or approved international ID) must be used as your payment reference.
Modules and materials are only released after proof of payment has been verified by the AMO Finance Team.
Every PDF module is password-protected using your ID number.
Late or missing payments will delay the release of your next module.

You will receive all relevant banking details, payment instructions and proof-of-payment links in your welcome email when you enroll.

HOW TO ENROL FOR OUR 4 YEAR DEGREE

Individual Enrolment – Direct through AMO

Who is this for?
Students who want to study individually online and pay AMO directly.

Fees (South Africa):

You’ll pay a once-off R300 registration fee and then:
Pricing for individuals studying directly through AMO for 2026
Pricing for 1st year is R 385 per month/module
Pricing for 2nd year is R 400 per month
Pricing for 3rd Year is R 450 per month
Pricing for 4th year/Degree is R 550.00 per month
Pricing for Masters Degree is R 650 p/m
Pricing for Doctors Degree is R 750 p/m

What you receive:

Your AMO Google Account
Access to our online classroom and tutors
Weekly videos and quizzes
Online tests and yearly exams

Discounts:
If you have genuine financial barriers, you may apply for a case-specific discount. Each application is prayerfully and respectfully considered.

Individuals Studying Through Their Own Church Bible School (AMO-Based)

Who is this for?
Students who study as part of a local church Bible school partnered with AMO.

Fees:

Each individual still pays a R300 once-off registration fee to AMO to receive a student number.
All students pay their Monthly fees directly to their church.
Once payment has been received from the church for all students, modules for all their students for that month are released to the Church Bible School Leader.

How it works:

Every student registers individually with AMO first.
Students are then grouped under their Church Bible School.
The appointed Bible School leader receives an AMO Google Account and access to the online classroom.
The leader guides and facilitates the students’ learning, adapting to the local context as needed.
R300 once-off registration fee (paid directly to AMO)
Monthly fees are paid to your church only
AMO invoices the church :
R 270pm for 1st and 2nd year Students.
R 300 for 3rd year and
R375 for 4th year

Modules are released ONLY after:
✔ Your church pays AMO
✔ Payment for ALL church students is verified
✔ The church’s Bible School Leader meets all requirements

Your primary academic support comes from your church leader, not AMO.

Churches are invoiced R 270pm for 1st and 2nd year students, R300 for 3rd year and R375 for 4th year students.
Churches may optionally charge students more than R 270pm for 1st and 2nd year students , R300 for 3rd year and R375 for 4th year.
But churches may not charge more than:
1st year - R 385 per month/module
2nd year -R 400 per month
3rd Year - R 450 per month
4th year/Degree - R 550.00 per month

As this is what we charge private students.

Any amount above the minimum we ask for remains with the church to support each churches bible school ministry operation costs.

Who is this for?

Individuals who want to study AMO’s Counselling Training directly online with AMO, receiving personal access to all counselling modules and online support.

Fees (South Africa):

R600 per month tuition
R300 once-off registration fee (required to receive your AMO student number and access account)

What you receive:

Your AMO Google Account
Access to our online counselling classroom
Weekly teachings, videos and quizzes
Practical assignments and case-study activities
Online tests and assessments
Certificate for each completed module

Discounts:

Students with genuine financial barriers may apply for a case-specific discount.
Applications are reviewed with compassion and prayer.

Payment Flow for Individuals Studying Directly Through AMO

1) Complete the AMO registration link

2) Pay the R300 once-off AMO registration fee

3) From there, pay AMO directly - Tuition amount per month (upfront)

✔ Payments are made to AMO
✔ Proof of payment (POP) must be uploaded via our secure link - which will be sent every week
✔ The finance team verifies payment
✔ Only once POP is verified are the monthly modules released

Payment Flow for Churches

1) The church pays the once-off R1,000 registration fee

This establishes the church as an official AMO Affiliated Church.

2) AMO invoices the church monthly

AMO invoices the church the tuition amount per student per month.

3) Once the church pays the invoice, modules for all their students for that month are released to the Church Bible School Leader

All modules remain:

Password-protected
Linked to individual church registration number
Accessible only once payments are verified

PROOF OF PAYMENT FORM FOR ANY PAYMENTS MADE

Churches across Africa are invited to partner with AMO Bible College Africa by registering as an official AMO-affiliated church. This enrolment enables your church to host any of our programs - Bible School, Counselling Training, or Children’s Ministry - with full access to our online learning systems and support.

Registration Fee

A once-off R1,000 church registration fee establishes your church as an AMO partner and opens the door for long-term training and collaboration.

Once registered, your church becomes an official AMO Affiliated Training Centre, which includes:

Recognition as an AMO partner across our platforms
Permission to run the 4-Year Bible School
A dedicated AMO Google Account for your Bible School or leadership team
Access to our full digital classroom system
Secure study materials, weekly modules, quizzes and assessments
Support from AMO tutors, trainers and administrators
Placement on our list of recommended study centers, where students can join your local Bible School
A referral channel, where individual students needing support may be re-routed to your church for community, fellowship and mentorship
