Manukura Wāhine is the leadership and succession pathway of Aotearoa Māori Netball Oranga Healthy Lifestyles.
Grounded in whakapapa, guided by Te Whare Tapa Whā, and activated through netball, Manukura Wāhine nurtures kōhine Māori to grow as confident leaders — on the court, in their whānau, and within their communities.
This is more than sport.
This is identity, resilience, hauora and rangatiratanga in action.
To grow a generation of wāhine Māori who:
Stand strong in their cultural identity
Lead with manaakitanga and integrity
Champion healthy lifestyles and auahi kore
Uplift others through kotahitanga and whanaungatanga
Carry the legacy of Māori Netball forward
By 2030, Manukura Wāhine will be embedded as the official succession pathway of AMNOHL.

A movement grounded in whakapapa and pride
Manukura Wāhine ensures that our future leaders are not only skilled players — but strong, culturally grounded, confident wāhine Māori ready to lead in every arena of life.
